The most recent rulings by the United States Supreme Court sadly reflect an ideological majority of justices parroting right wing politics and vested and corporate interests. 

This Supreme Court majority  has become little more than six obedient lemmings driving  the court off the rails.

To begin, the misguided seditionists and their anointed leader who disgraced America on an infamous January 6 are clearly guilty of criminal behavior. Legal obfuscations by the Supreme Court majority cannot change that reality.

Additionally, this Supreme Court majority  has weakened  the regulatory powers of the Environmental Protection Agency which will endanger the health of all citizens now and  into the future.  And curtailing  the Securities Exchange Commission’s ability to investigate and enforce securities fraud will incredibly only supports financial greed and theft.

Likewise, the Supreme Court majority’s  meddling into the reproductive rights of women is an unnecessary government intrusion into private lives.  And refusing to confront our nation’s lack of meaningful gun control regulations illustrates this Supreme Court majority’s  politically motivated  abdication of responsibility.

Beyond its rulings,  the Supreme Court badly needs an enforceable  code of conduct for the justices, some of whom clearly have designated themselves as above any need for regulation of their individual ethical (or lack thereof) behavior.

In summary,  this Supreme Court is failing America and betraying its purposes.
